WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

I am seriously disgusted with the online service received from KFC New Road. This is the 3rd time that i have received such horrendus service. Placed an order at 19:30 and I have been waitig 2 hours with no delivery. I was cut off 3 times by the agents at the call centre. All they know that ur money will be refunded which has never happended on my past experiences. Why the **** should i call my bank to cancel a transaction when you ****ED UP. I am so dissapointed and annoiyed with the service. I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING KFC AGAIN FORAS LONG ASI BREATHE.
