Worst Service Ever, KFC Nanaga

The worst service ever I have experienced from KFC Nanaga.

Went to the drive thru at 17:42. Again lete emphasize the drive thru part. We were told to wait in the parking lot the order is coming right now.

After 20 minutes when to the lady and two guys at the window of the drive thru to enquire what was going on with our order. I was told the order is coming right now.

After 10 minutes, still nothing. Went again to the window was told the order is coming right now.

I decided to call the store, to speak to the manager. The manager was apologising. Giving me meaningless apology, and said the order is coming right now.

Only got the order 5 minutes after I called.

I am certainly sure that the staff in that KFC Nanaga does not know the meaning of right now.

In total we waited 35 minutes for a drive thru order. And it was not even a complex order but meat and chips.

The meaning of customer service, is non existence. And how to communicate, is also non existence. I am not really sure what is happening in that KFC Nanaga.

You are sent to wait to a parking lot, up until you complain and enquire numerous times then you get an order.

I am so sorry to say, but I will NEVER use the KFC in Nanaga in my life.

We only got our order at 18:17. And let me say this again, we went to the DRIVE THRU.

Talk about a joke, but not in a laughing matter. All I know they will never see me there again. Wowwwww!!!!!
