Worst service ever from a ****** rude Xhosa laday

I have never been so appalled by someone’s service.. Today around 13:40pm I went to KFC Rifle Range to buy food via the drive through.. When collecting my food I asked if there was ice in my drinks as requested when ordering and asked for straws and salt which was conveniently forgotten.. A Xhosa lady who I forgot to take her name.. gave me the straws then turned her back on me.. one of the employees alerted her that I’m still waiting.. she rudely turned around and asked in her native language “what do I want now”.. Such service I will not tolerate.. Does KFC not teach its employees customer service? Is it a problem to ask for salt, ice and straws? I am so disgusted at that ladies attitude towards me and quite disappointed at the service rendered..Plus the messed up my order and honestly tired of driving back and forth to KFC nobody cares about customer service anymore
