Worst service ever for KFC Sasolburg shop no2

KFC Sasolburg shop no2 next to Zio, worst service ever. I understand it was too busy, however it doesn't make sense to wait for 10 zinger wings for over an hour. My order number was 2180, I waited there while other customer who came after me got their orders. The staff prioritizes the orders of their friends and family. One lady came from the back to ask the one that is on the till, "which one is your customer?", then she's approaches that particular customer and their order is being pushed forward while we wait. I'm very disappointed with KFC Sasolburg shop no2.
