Worst service ever

15 pieces of chicken it's all over TV ads, billboards in radios. That when u buy it u get 1.5 litre free or the sets. So I bought the exact same thing, when I had to take my order asked for the set or the coke. So this lady called Zikhona said they don't have coke and I was supposed to be told that before I paid. No one said anything and this Zikhona is helping other customers no one is willing to assist me and explain what happened. So I asked for the manager unfortunately for me the manager was right infront of me who also suggested I just get my money cause they don't have food mind you his busy assisting other people while speaking to him. The manager name is Sibabalo. I have never had such bad experience at KFC in my life. Like they were all not interested with my problem. When it came to the chicken it was so dry like it was yesterday meat. I regret visiting that KFC
