Worst service ever

We ordered an online order with KFC Bromhoff on 26.09.2022 at 18h36 after 40 Min we called they say the driver is on the way after 20min we called again no driver available. we drove to KFC to find that the order was not ready they told us to wait another 20min.

We Canceled the order because we waited for almost 1h30m

Is the service KFC offers to its customers? The worst service ever. If this is the standard of KFC then you have lost a customer that ordered every week.
