Worst service ever and cold food

At 08:15 this morning, I went into KFC, Main road, Observatory in Cape town to order 1 burger and a cappacino. The service firstly was so bad, the cashier that assisted me just went away while serving me without an explanation and then returned 5 mins. After that, I have then waited 15 minutes for 1 Burger. after getting into the car and driving off. I have then realised that it is not even cooled off, but COLD!!! I am absolutely disgusted at the service that has been offered!
