Worst service ever

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..I went ko KFC Bela Bela on the 24th of August 2019 placed an order and waited as orders that came after mine were called out , I waited and understood that reason as some orders might take long to prepare I the asked Gomolemo how long still would I have to wait she just looked at me and did not respond I then asked Johannes who was passing by ,he acknowledged me and went to find out and came back with the answer.They then gave us a bag as the order came with the bag while doing that a lady that was helping Johannes came with a bucket of our order then my aunt who had came out to find out what the hold up was as I had been gone for long asked wether that was our order Lena rudely responded "dont u know how to count "dont you know 31 comes before 38" We actually had screaming match with her and she showed no remorse for her actions, she had no customer service what so ever when we asked to speak to her manager she said her manager doesn't work in the front..Lena's service isthe worst service by far
