Worst service ever

This is the worst service I have ever received from a kfc. How can you tell someone they need to order online when you're standing at their drive-thru. And it's not the first time. They say their ice cream machines don't work but for the next person it works again. I think this is absolutely unacceptable. If you are in this type of work then you work decently with people.
