Worst service ever

We are in the drive-thru. The lady taking our order was so rude. After placing the order my fiance says thank you and she does not even acknowledge him. Then we collect our order just to find that the order is wrong. When he enquiry from the lady she takes the slip, read it and throws it back at him. The lady who took our order then came and just added a burger. Never fixed the order and also gave us the wrong coldrinks.
