Worst service ever

I placed an order with UberEats, within a minute of placing the order I canceled. My order was R260. They charged me R260 for cancellation fee because apparently the store (KFC Dobsonville) had prepared the order and I wasted driver's time. Which order did they prepare within a minute and which driver's time did I waste in a minute? Even if there is cancellation fee how can you charge me the whole amount of my order? Daylight *******😡😡😡
