Worst service Ever

Earlier today I went to KFC bela bela to buy a meal and got the WORST service ever, I waited for my order for over 20 min while orders that came after mine were called out ,I then asked Gomolemo how long would I still wait for she did not acknowledge me I then asked Johannes who was passing by who then acknowledged me and told me what the holdup was.I waited and waited as I was waiting for the order one bucket of the same order as mine came out the my aunt who came to check why I had gone for such a long time asked who the order is for the Lena rudely asked us what comes first between 31 and 38 do we not know how to count ,we got into to as screaming match with her while at that we asked to see her managers she then said to us her manager does not work in the front.The service we got from the KFC was none like other I have received before Lena had no customer service and showed no remorse whatsoever for her actions
