Worst service ever

KFC Noordheuwel has the worst service I have pre-order my food on mr d delivery friday 06 June 2020 food was suppose to be ready 17:41 I stood and wait almost an hour after everyone that came in after me ordering inside received their food. I will not support them again and I normally buy 1 to 2 times a week. My kids was waiting in the car as I was suppose to be in and out putting strain on them and not even allowed to use toilet which wouldn't have been necessary if they kept to their promise.
