WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

KFC Strand branch is the worst I have ever experienced. Been in the cue for 20+- min just to get to the front to get notified we dont have any chicken available but it will be ready in 15 minute, we place the order and payment was done.

Went to McDonald's to order food as well came back +- 30 minutes later and the order was still not ready!!!!

The staff member abruptly tool the slip and left without saying a word. Waited another 15 min for the order, really is this what we pay for! Worst customer service experience.

I will NEVER recommend KFC, rather employ computer robots [Artificial intelligence] where we can get honesty truth and Customer service which we pay for.
