worst service ever

kfc caledon. The service was horrible. One person on the till during lunch time and festive season. You have a 10-15 min wait to place order. another 10 minutes to receive the food. my wife wanted a water instead of cool drink paid extra, the person making up your order just said no water and gave whatever she wanted in place. had to go back again and tell them to refund and this as we paid extra waited another 10 mins for them to figure it out . The person making up your order is rude and should work in the kitchen and not serving customer's. This is not the first encounter and i will never come to this KFC again. She also refused to check thr order when i requested.
