Worst service ever

I bought food at 21:49 and only received food at 22:15. This establishment is suppose to be a fast food outlet but in soweto we get the worst service, and it get slower at night. I have been to many kfcs in my life but the service at soweto branches is despicable. is it because we are black people and we can be any how. This would not happen in Randburg or Sandton.
