WORST SERVICE EVER 2 HOURS RIDICULES!

Worst service ever placed my order at 12h25 then I phoned 4 times to call centre which 1st off was rude telling me it is not yet 45min they are still in time for deliveryonly at 4th call to the call centre they said o one of the drivers were in a accident and the other driver was not at work this after the call centre assured me the order is out. I phoned 3 times to the actual shop they kept on telling from 13.37 the driver is on his way at several intervals of 10minute periods at 14h21 he turned up after I have cancelled my order at this time I have send the driver away as this is utter nonsense 2hours for a delivery and I must accept it please feel free to call me. People lying outright not on, if you would have said sorry I can not do delivery nobody would have been offended lying makes you're business looking bad, but no service it was rediculesss no stars are even warranted.

I had to make alternative arrangements with Roman's for delivery they delivered within 20 minutes of my order what a pleasure.
