Worst service ever

<p>I went to KFC in Alexandra the one next to shop rite just opposite pan Africa mall. I orederd 6 piece meal and asked for 5 small drinks accompanying it, the cashier told me to take a 2 litre instead because it was cheaper that way. After waiting long for my food, I got given the 2 litre with no glasses because I had to buy them. I didn't have any problem buying the glasses, but the attitude I got from the cashiers made me to lose my mind. Apparently they couldn't sell me the glasses because I should have bought them when I was buying the meal, I didn't understand why they didn't even tell me that I have to buy the glasses when I was buying the meal?? When I told them that I didn't know they told me that I should have asked??? When I called the manager she took her time to come, and actually told me that I have attitude for telling her that I needed glasses and they should have told me that I had to buy them.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager told me that I have an attitude for demanding glasses because I should have asked for them at the till. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why sell things if you are not going to explain everything to the customer at till point?? They were supposed to tell me that when I'm buying the two litre I had to buy glasses as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>The employees are rude and they know nothing about good customer service</p>
