WORST SERVICE

I was so disgusted with the service I have received at KFC Tambotie Mall Randfontein. This is not the first time that the service was very poor. On previous occasions we have were given the wrong order, then they gave us the wrong change, they let the payment go off twice for a order. Then on 10 March 2020, we bought food in drive through section, and waited more than 30min for our food in the drive through. How is that possible? We ALWAYS wait forever to get our food and it is a fast food restaurant. I am very dissatisfied by the way they treat you, and the service we get there. I feel like if you do not want to assist someone, please tell them, I will rather go somewhere else.
