Worst service customer care

I ordered burgers which came burnt. After calling the store and the customer care for almost 1 hour I got through to tyhe customer care who said they will get back to me. It was 21h10 haven't had supper yet waiting for a call so that my food could be replaced. I called the help line who could only log a complaint no resolve as to how I would get supper coupled with the fact that I was awaiting their call ... no other restaurant would deliver an order after 21h10. Worst service ever Florida Road branch.
