Worst service

I write you this angry and downhearted

I went to KFC at Chris Hani Mall this afternoon just after 13h00, to buy myself 10 dunked wings. I waited in the drive-through for 15min + and that’s a lot for a drive through. Eventually I got my order and when home. When I got home I realised that they gave me normal wings which I did not order, I checked my receipt and it was dunked wings that I had ordered, but did not get

I drove back to Chris hani and now walking inside the store. The security asked me what was the problem I explained and he asked for my receipt and he went to the collection area and spoke to the lady there. He just asked me to wait for my wings and I thank him. The lady came back with the wings and just placed them there attempting to walk away. I asked her to call the lady that gave me my order at the window to apologise because clearly she failed to do so.

A few minutes later some lady came and asked me what I wanted from the lady that gave me my order via drive-through, I sad an apology, for making me drive all the way for a wrong order or maybe you can at least apologies on behalf of her since you work for KFC. She said “the person that has to apologise was on lunch so I cannot get an apology” mind you the lady was there and I could see her still working.

I then told her I want my money back, I don’t want the wings anymore. She just walked away took the packet with her. I waited for a good 5min before I lost all morals and banged the counter for my money.

I want an apology from the same lady that gave me the wrong order and a way forward on why I should go back to buy food at KFC Chris Hani Mall.
