Worst service at KFC

Worse service I have ever seen at a take away place at KFC Beacon Bay. Tried ordering at the touching screen and went through everything but when we wanted to pay we were told it cannot take payments. So I went to the counter to order. Was told it would take 10 mins. Waited for 20 mins with nothing happening. Asked the staff. Was told they busy finishing. 35 mins went again and was told sorry we have no meat left. I asked for the manager who did not even bother to speak to me just return my money. Staff did not bother to tell me or offer anything else but just wasted 35 mins and the manager basically ignored myself and my wife and said she thought the staff was working on it. We took our money and went somewhere else. I understand this is not a restaurant but the indifference of the staff and the poor people skills should surely be looked at. I am also confident nothing will be done because I have complained about this before and no one else comes back to me. Poor service at KFC.
