Worst service at Kentuty Friend Chicken Glen Marias

<p>Today the 27/12/2016 @ 20:01 i ordered a streetwise one with extra piece only to be told at 20:25 it will take another 10 minutes , the owner of the store were phoned whom told me i musnt stress it will only take another 10 minutes ,finally i refuse to take my order at 20:35 and ask for a refund this is the worst service i ever experienced from any KFC and wish someone at H/Q will invistigate this franchise as this isnt the first time that one had to wait 10-15 minutes .Unless KFC think this is the norm to make customers wait that long . There were other ordered before me whom were also attended to after 25 minutes some people even recieve their order prior to me although there order were placed 10-15 minutes after me </p> <p> </p> <p>The owner doesnt seem to beintrested in my problem</p>
