worst service and the worst burger ever

hi i would like to complaint about a very bad experience i had at the croydon KFC branch<br> <br> i go there very often first time a have a very bad experience i ordered a zinger burger combo meal<br> and 4 zinger wings then when the cashier confirms the order she says i ordered a colonel burger combo<br> <br> then she got upset with me saying i should place my order right and then starts talking bad and shouting about me to her colleugues i think that was really not acceptble then to top it off when i get my burger normally comes with a really big fillet and always freshly prepared, when i see it a fillet with about 1cm height and was such a cold fillet and the worst thing to bight through really very dissapointed about this as its not KFC standards<br> <br> <br> i would like feedback about this situation<br> <br> Regards giuliano
