Worst service

I worked till late last night and thought to get some KFC for todays lunchboxes. It was just before 9 last night when I entered the drive-through at the KFC at Monnument Spar in Kimberley. There were only three cars before me so I thought it may be quuck. We ordered a 9 piece and regular twister and paid. After 40 minutes we eventually reached the window just to hear that it would take another 20 minutes for the chicken. We cancelled and requested our money back. I do not regularly complain but this was not my first bad experience at this place. The service is terrible.
