worst service!

i have logged complaints on the Mr d app and i have inboxed u on fb and i have complained to the store but yet nothing.On 13 Sept we ordered from Plattekloof branch Order DFD***5 - see reciept,we ordered HOT & CRISPY,the chikcen was normal on both packs and incorrect chicken pieces as well!Ordered again 27 Sept order DFD***7 - no zinger wings as ordered but given one normal wing with our meals and no cokes either when i payed extra for it!till today nobody has got back to me!!!I have pictures to prove both cases too.
