Worst service

The worst service ever at KFC in Alex Mall, everytime I have to buy food there's always something missing. Today I bought a twister and a family treat and the twister was missing so I had to go home and come back just to get the twister. When I ask for the manager I'm told she's counting stock and she doesn't have time to attend to me as a customer. I am highly dissatisfied about the service here and I will never recommend it to anyone. I hope you can assist further
