Worst Service

I logged a complaint with KFC customer care on Sunday, 01 December. Today, 12 days later, my complaint has still not been resolved. All I get is empty promises from the customer care line that someone will call me back. I have spoken to numerous people and all promise that someone from the beanch will call me back, which never happens. The last person I spoke to promised that the area manager will call me. That was two days ago. Someone asked me for my contact number, again, via email. I still have not received a call. No wonder they have a one star rating on here.
