Worst Service

I am Very disappointed with KFC BARA SOWETO, I made an online order last night and never received my food, when i called customer care and spoke to Yolanda she said they would refund me within 7-14 working days. Imagine!! She went on to say she will send me an email where I can do a follow up on my money which she never sent!! KFC i want my money back and I will never order from u again!!
