Worst service

Saturday I took my cousin for an ice cream after she had finished playing a hockey game. we waited so unbelievably long and when I paid for the ice cream the cashier didn't have change. When we finally got to the window where we pick up the ice cream, it had melted so bad it was running down the cashier's fingers. I told her that I would not accept it like that it was completely melted and distasteful. They had bad attitudes towards me when I simply wanted to get what I had paid for And waited so long for. When she came back with new ice cream she used her bare hands and I had to ask her for a serviette. So unhygienic. It was by far the most worst service I had ever received.
