Worst run KFC in the country

Every time i try and give the KFC in Little Falls a 'second' chance, they give me another reason to never set foot in again. For lack of options and convenience i find myself being forced into occasionally going into this KFC, however now i have reached my tipping point and will not set foot in there again. They never have enough food pre-prepared, they are always under staffed, you can expect at least a 20-30min wait for any order! How does a huge chain like KFC allow this type of performance from one of their branches. This is pathetic, and is a poor reflection on the KFC head office staff who are expected to monitor branch performance. Feedback please!
