Worst place to order online

I placed an online order for R600 and paid online. After waiting past my delivery time they informed me that items worth R30 is not in stock. I requested them to refund me the R30. After waiting for another 20 minutes, I got a message (3 x SMS and 3 x Email) that my order is cancelled and I will be refunded. I now need to check my bank account daily in the hope that I will actually be refunded. KFC, you do not have the capability to work with such a "complicated" system as online ordering. You just have f*cked up my take-away night,
