worst management, horibal staff

Waited 32min in the drive thru, when we were finally arrived at the pay counter the card machine couldnt complete the transaction. Called the manager, and was shocked with her bad attitude.This kfc is skimpy with chips, half full. Patties are smaller, doesnt serve breakfast, drive thru always a mess. And stilI we gave them another chance, this was the last chance! would strongly advise everyone to rather go to burger king or mcdonalds. i would like the owner to give me a call.
