Worst KFC service ever

Hi, KFC Sandbaai, Herm**** also called KFC Herm**** (Main Road) has the worst service ever, The drive thru takes forever and then there are not even a queue. The Chicken fillets are never crispy like other KFC's. The 11th February 2016 i drove to KFC Sandbaai, Herm**** 22:05 thru the drive thru and there were no one at the order windows then i decided to go into the KFC. I then asked the lady if i could order a Colonel Burger meal and the lady rep**** that they don't have any more burgers. Then is asked what is there instead of the burger and she rep**** that they only have krushers. I asked her why and she rep**** and i quot \We don't sell food now because It is already past 22:00\" then i said to the lady there is a sign outside which say they are open till 22:30 then she didn't even rep**** back to me. All my friends always tell be that they KFC Sandbaai, Herm**** has the worst service."
