Worst KFC Outlet Phoenix 2

Firstly I waited almost 10 mins to place my order although I was the only one in the queue. I had to ask to be served, no smile or greeting from her. Ordered a family meal no coleslaw available, the counter top was littered with till slips, shows the lack of neatness, this leads my to question the way my food was prepared, if the front can be this untidy what about the back which I cannot see!. I think that KFC just has a lack of respect for the people of Phoenix, you do not experience this at other branched. I was forced to order something els because they they not have stock of coleslaw. KFC changed the branding from Kentucky Fried Chicken to KFC because of the quality of chicken been served and the amount of hormones the chicken contained. Maybe its time you guys re-branded once again to WFFO worst fast food outlet!!! I am sure that this will fall on deaf ear and I will not receive a response for you...KFC
