worst KFC in KZN

Never at once KFC richmond delivered an awesome service. Staff is always angry and has bad attitude towards customers. Tonight ive seen it all. I walk in i see more than 15 slips on the counter and i wait for atleast 20 minutes unserved or attended to, i decide to ask for help. And the lady rudely says cant you see that others are waiting to be served like you? I apolgized and waited for another 15 minutes. Than she asks me what i want i tell her i want streetwise 3 with small chips. She confidently says "than you must wait for 20 minutes" theres no meat ready. How disorganized is this? Rude|angry|attitude made me realize KFC is not like the same anymore. Chicken licken always puts the clients first.
