WORST KFC EXPERIENCES!!
I have been to the new KFC in Mooi River a few times and the service, food, pretty much everything is appalling!!. The first time we waited in the drive through for over half an hr while a ******* truck was parked in the middle off the road collecting *******!. next time we waited for over 20 mins - system was down so the order was written down, only to get to the collection point and they tell us they have no fillets for the burgers or chicken wings.. The next time they had no water.. Also, they let drunk people walk through the drive through at night and take an hour to decide what the want!. we are absolutely DISGUSTED in the service that is being provided at this national enterprise. And it is not only us that have complained.
