Worst kfc experience

This is so upsetting i placed and order online payed with my card money was immediately deducted but no order placed call the customer care i was advised they can gv me a voucher for the same value but could not get me my order or wait 7 14 working days before i get my money back i have 2 kids who are waiting to eat what am i supposed to do agent says he understands but yet he could not even get a manager to call back worst experience ever so disappointed will never purchase kfc again
