Worst KFC ever

Good day. I'd like to bring to your attention that your Grassy Park branch provides terrible service. For as long as they have been there they have provided horrible service. They are always leaving items out of my order. And by the time I get home I only realise something is missing. If they get it right then they messed up on special requests. I can no longer count the amount of times they have messed up my order. Always supplying the wrong food or not as requested. What really eats on me is when I go through the drive through and nobody is there to take my order. It's happened several times. I'm right here now standing at the window hooting and shouting for somebody. I can see the staff and they can see me but nobody will assist. Then when somebody eventually comes to the window they tell me they short staffed as people are late and that I must come inside and order. Now this is at 8am in the morning .the store opens at 6:30 so staff are technically 1 and a half hours late. That is pathetic. I really hope the owner of this branch whips it into shape. If I had to go to a KFC in a predominantly white neighborhood this will never happen. I suppose because it's in grassy park it's ok. Nice going guys
