Worst Kfc ever

I have been coming to the Kfc Northern drive in Phoenix for almost 15 years. This is the 1st time that I have seen the ice cream machine not active for almost a year. This is so annoying. It's either they have a problem with ice cram or no chicken... otherwise have to wait for long for chicken
