Worst KFC ever.

Pathetic. I placed an order at 17:14 via the app. 2 hours later I'm still waiting on food. The branch numbers (Hercules) isn't working. I've called customer service 3 times with people assuring me they would get back to me with an explanation. No call back received as of yet, though Lebo I think now assured me again he would call back. Mean while my family was so exited about getting KFC, and they are hungry, as you can imagine. And we got no food. So do I feed them something else and then I wasted my money on kfc? I implore you to come and explain. To a 10 year old boy why he hasn't eaten yet and where his promised kfc is.

This entire ordeal just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Ruined Friday night. Thanks KFC.
