Worst kfc ever

I got to kfc on friday at 21:00. Went to the drive thru. Got to the window to place an order. Was told theres no chicken. So called for the manager. Manager said to me that i must wait 12 minutes for chicken. I asked y the wait. She told me its late and they closing up. I know the kfc closes at 10. I was told if i cant wait plz go sumwer else. So i left. This us nit the 1st time ive had a problem at this kfc. So i have this time given the story to the highway mail. For the simple reason that the owners do not care about customer service. Their management and staff are useless. Useless is an understatement. They have a timer system for the drive thru. At the collection window they ask you to reverse to the timer does not pick the vehicle up. I have given this story to the highway mail because that space that kfc is using should be given to a franchise that cares about their customers.
