Worst KFC ever

We went through the drive through but had to wait 10min before our order was taken. After we paid we waited a further 20min before receiving our food (if we could we would've driven of). At home starving we realized we received burnt twisters; wrap itself and chicken were burnt, and the sauce on the snack burger was sour as if very old and the lettuce was off as well. Total disappointment on our side and on our way to bed hungry!
