Worst KFC customer care service

I purchased something online on the 2nd of December 2021.i never received the order number but the payment went through. Each time I call KFC I'm just transferred from pillar to post with no solution. KFC has the worst customer care service xem. I'm at the point where I'm losing more money calling them than the money that Ithey took.
