WORST KFC BRANCH BRENTWOOD- TERRIBLE SERVICE

"KFC BRENTWOOD" This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any KFC. I took my kids to the drive through , when placing the order my six year old son asked for ice cream, the guy taking the order shouted "can you shut the kid up" that was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I stopped placing the order , my husband and I went to the front to lay a complaint. There was no help given by the supervisor on duty, neither was the manager present. There was no help at all, we were given a don't care attitude. Service is pathetic at this KFC and shouting received by the worker was not the correct approach. My child actually got scared. I am very disappointed about the way a customer can be treated at this KFC Branch.
