Worst KFC and UberEats Sevice in Cape Town

Everytime we have ordered through UberEats to this KFC based in Kromboom Road Crawford l, the order has been incorrect. The Manager always blames UberEats and and UberEats blames KFC. I have logged a call with KFC Customer Call Centre, but nothing ever happens.

The owner or Management has no ethics to respond to a client.

In 2019, they got my order incorrect, we sent the order back to KFC, Log a call with UberEats and KFC Customer Centre. We had numerous discussions with the Manager of the store, and todate I have still not received my replacement order.

Today, 28 Feb 2021, my wife ordered 2 Colonel burgers with No Tamato as she is allergic to Tamato. Guess what, burger arrived with Tamato. We tied to call the KFC but no answer, UberEats has no Call Centre, just a sms system.
