Worst Franchise ever

<p>Hello</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to buy food last night at KFC Soshanguve Crossing. I ordered a streetwise value box, Box master and 2 Curribian Crushers. And to due to the chilly weather I asked that the crushers have no ice and to my surprise these glasses were only half filled. And when I asked why? I was told that it's procedure "No ice, half filled". Now this was very disturbing since I have been a loyal customer of the Franchise I have never come across such poor service. And I plead that this must be followed up and something urgently needs to be done. I still have the invoice slip and I have taken pictures of the crushers same time on the counter.</p>
