Worst food, poor quality , old and hard

I went to buy KFC in our local suburb and i am disgusted by the quality of their food the pops were hard like stones the chicken smells like it was prepared with old oil we pay money for **** from this store it should just close down if you can't give people what they are paying for then what is your purpose my son cut his mouth with this disgusting pops.
