Worst fastfood delivery service EVER!!!!!!

Worst App and delivery service ever!!! Ordered paid, called to enquire about my order after hour. Was told to wait 10 minutes and to then call again. Waited another 15 min called again. Was told they will find out what the delay is and call me back. Never happened. Call again after hour and 45 min after ordered. This time they told me they do not have a delivery person. I can collect myself, cancel order for voucher or cancel and request a refund which will take 7 to 14 WORKING days!!!!!!!!!!!
