Worst fast food ever

About a year ago I bought wraps from KFC. Only to find that when I opened them there was hardly any meat in the wrap. It was filled less than 50%. I lodged a complaint and KFC apologized and replaced them free of charge. Recently I purchased the same again (About a month ago), only to find that it was worse than before. Not only did the one wrap only have 1 small chicken strip in, but the lettuce used was old and it was slimy and brown. I returned it to the branch (Rooihuiskraal branch on cnr Hendrik Verwoerd and Rooihuiskraal rd in Centurion). I was refunded. I complained again to the head office. They responded and said they will give the branch opportunity to sort their problems and trust that in future I will not have that experience again. The same promise of a year ago. I don't think I will be prepared to take that chance again. There are many other fast foods providing a much higher quality that I will be using.
